My Day At Warped Tour

I should start this post by saying that I have been to Warped Tour a zillion times (okay, not a zillion but you catch my drift). My love for Warped started a decade ago when my husband (then boyfriend) and I would go (to Molson Park in Barrie, Ont.) and spend the day watching our favorite bands and the night partying at his cottage with all of our friends.

Over the past few years both the venue and the lineup has changed considerably and this year, they completely ditched Canada (how rude!) Not taking 'no' for an answer, my hubby, our friend and I packed up our car and headed down south (to Buffalo).

This years lineup included some oldies that we love (Less Than Jake, Sum 41, New Found Glory) and some newbies (Set It Off, Falling in Reverse, We The Kings) but the band I wanted to see the most was Sleeping With Sirens. I discovered them a couple years ago and I loooove them!

This year's lineup.

Clearly the lead singer and I called each other to make sure we matched...

Kellin Quinn (Sleeping With Sirens, lead) and I.

The man above is Kenny Leath. He's the stage manager for Warped and probably the coolest person ever. He's so good at his job; making sure everything runs on time/smoothly but he's also a peach to both the bands and everyone backstage.

Can't wait until next year!
